The aim of the course is to understand the concept of measurement, apply basic circuit elements and circuit theorems experimentally, use necessary measurement tools in simple circuits, and perform electrical measurements. The content of the course includes the definition of electrical quantities, introduction to measuring instruments, measurement of electrical-electronic quantities, active and passive circuit elements, AC and DC circuit applications, printed circuit board applications, and simple circuit applications involving RLC and active components.
