Mission and Vision of Our Department

The mission of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Akdeniz University is to educate engineers who are equipped with contemporary engineering knowledge in all fields of electrical and electronics engineering. Our mission is to foster continuous self-improvement, lifelong learning, analytical and synthesis skills, creativity, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and ethical values. We aim to train engineers who are capable of working in teams, responsive to societal needs, and able to contribute to the country's requirements. Our department strives to provide engineers with international-level knowledge and experience, and to lead scientific research and technology development activities with a focus on societal contribution and awareness.
